AMIRI offers returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and security seals intact. Please note that certain exclusive items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
